Client acknowledges that website laws, regulations, privacy requirements, accessibility standards, advertising platform policies, browser technologies, data collection practices, and state/federal compliance requirements are continuously evolving and subject to change without notice.
Ai Healthcare Marketing LLC and its employees, contractors, affiliates, designers, developers, and representatives are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, regulatory determinations, or guarantees of legal compliance under any federal, state, county, municipal, international, industry-specific, healthcare-specific, accessibility, privacy, advertising, or consumer protection laws or regulations.

While Ai Healthcare Marketing LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to follow current industry standards and best practices at the time services are performed, Client understands and agrees that no website, digital platform, advertising campaign, tracking implementation, cookie configuration, privacy policy, accessibility feature, form system, hosting environment, plugin, third-party integration, or software configuration can be guaranteed to remain fully compliant with all current or future laws, regulations, interpretations, enforcement actions, court rulings, or regulatory guidance in every jurisdiction.
Client acknowledges that ongoing compliance monitoring, legal review, policy updates, consent management, accessibility audits, cybersecurity oversight, HIPAA compliance, data privacy compliance, cookie/tracking disclosures, and regulatory adherence remain the sole responsibility of the website owner and business operator unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Client further understands that third-party technologies, including but not limited to analytics tools, advertising platforms, pixels, plugins, CRMs, social media integrations, scheduling systems, hosting providers, browsers, AI tools, APIs, and embedded services may independently modify their systems, tracking methods, data handling procedures, or functionality without notice to Ai Healthcare Marketing LLC, potentially affecting compliance status after website launch or implementation.

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ai Healthcare Marketing LLC and its officers, owners, employees, contractors, subcontractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, regulatory actions, penalties, damages, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, settlements, or expenses arising out of or related to:

 (a) the Client’s website or digital properties,
 (b) ongoing operation or use of the website after launch,
 (c) third-party software or integrations,
 (d) changes in laws or regulations,
 (e) content supplied or approved by Client,
 (f) tracking technologies, cookies, or analytics tools,
 (g) accessibility claims,
 (h) privacy-related claims, or
 (i) alleged violations of any federal, state, or international laws or regulations.

Client is strongly encouraged to obtain independent legal counsel regarding all website, advertising, privacy, accessibility, healthcare, and regulatory compliance matters.
